I find it somehow repulsive to learn that some hotels acrossmy country are still not wi-fi enabled. Hotel owners, who may not be Internet savvy, have miserably failed to grasp the trend of this generation – that people are always on the lookout of the opportunity to have access to the Internet anytime, anywhere.

Hotels without wi-fi Internet should be advised to upgrade. Travelers travel with them their jobs. Being disconnected for a day because the hotel is not providing a wifi connection could mean a tremendous loss of opportunity. In a fast-paced world, everyone must respond to situation in a lightning speed. So being in the hotel without Internet connection can paralyze your workflow.

Well, some people can’t be bothered staying in a hotel that is unreachable from the rest of the world. However, it is always advantageous to the hotel to have a wi-fi connection as most people will really demand for an Internet connection upon check-in.
